fillip! started out one afternoon when we decided that we ought to have a nice, refreshing drink to perk us up. We wanted something a little more refreshing than an iced coffee, a little less sweet than your average soda, and oh, let’s try using some of this cascara we’ve been playing with.
We started with a strong cascara tea, added a touch of sugar, a few different organic acids and a *pinch* of sea salt before we carbonated it. One sip and we were in love – it had to be a thing.
